I’m an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor based in the heart of Norwich.
I specialise in supporting people through pregnancy choices and loss, emotional and relational challenges, attachment issues, addiction, stress, and anxiety. At the core of this work lies hope, acceptance, and self-belief.
I see counselling as a collaborative and dynamic journey. Our sessions might feel hopeful and energising, sometimes challenging, occasionally even humorous – but they will always be real, compassionate, and warm.
Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse areas, including sexual exploitation, youth work, addiction support, adventure therapy, and pregnancy choice and loss. This experience gives me a broad and empathetic perspective to bring to the counselling space.
I am particularly passionate about attachment and relationships – how the things we unconsciously learn about ourselves in our early years can deeply shape our sense of self and the connections we build throughout life.
I believe that spending time with someone who truly listens, empathises, reflects, and gently challenges you can lead to profound personal change – helping you feel more connected to yourself and to those around you.
If you’re curious about exploring who you want to be or simply want to know more about how I work, I’d love to hear from you.
